Vacuum Lifting Beams

Inter alia, our vacuum lifting beams are employed to save personnel for handling of steel panels and large-diameter pipes. Due to their weatherproof vacuum seals they are ideal for indoor as well as for outdoor use.

Vacuum Lifting Systems for Plates and Sheets

In order to handle flat loads we offer vacuum plate lifting systems, which may move e.g. steel panels up to a length of 14 m and a width of 4 m as well as a weight of 21 t.

Vacuum Lifting Systems for Large-Diameter Pipes

Our vacuum lifting systems for large-diameter pipes are employed in particular for pipelines. Centring devices and optimized vacuum chambers allow short cycle times. The vacuum chambers are designed as redundant systems which guarantee a safety holding time of 20 min. in case that the vacuum unit breaks down. The suction cups are designed for a range of radii. They are able to transport pipes of a diameter of up to 1,600 mm as well as a length of 18 m and a unit-weight of up to 18 t.
