Container Spreaders

Besides the standard 20’- and 40’-containers there are different sizes and special versions available. The variants for lifting by means of container spreaders are numerous, too. It doesn’t make any difference, whether they concern a special container or whether there are specific demands on lifting of standard containers – our engineers will find the best possible solution.
Depending on the individual case the container spreader will be equipped with lifting points for wire slings for attaching to the crane hook or alternative fixing points. For a better uptake of containers the spreaders may be equipped with tracer pins and manual flipper guides for a safe deposition and centring.

H container spreader with adjustable, centrical lifting point, preferably for transportation of 20’-Containers.

Heavy-lift container spreader with manual locking and counterbalance weight.

Fixed spreader for 20’- or 40’-standard-containers (here 20‘). Equipment with flipper guides on the face sides.

During working sidewise flipper guides may centre the spreader on the container and thus may avoid additional employees. The flipper guides can be folded away manually and disappear inside the container spreader contours then.

Semiautomatic spreader for 20’- or 40’-ISO-containers. Automatic locking via wire rope system to the crane hook. Alternatively with tracer pins in order to avoid that the container can be lifted in case of improper sealing of the spreader.

20´ – 40´-adjustable container spreader with turn table. Crane lifting is done via both rope pulley blocks. For a better lifting of the containers the spreader is equipped with corner flipper guides.
